who we are
As a 501 c(3) charitable organization established in 2012, at Strikes For Kids, we believe in the power of sports and community to make a difference in the lives of children. Through organizing over 100 bowling, softball, and golf events, we have provided young fans and families with extraordinary experiences and created lasting memories. Our events are made even more special by the presence and support of over 125 athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, and MMA, who generously give their time to spend a unique evening with the young attendees.
But our impact goes beyond just providing fun and memorable experiences. We are committed to supporting those who need it the most, so we give away backpacks, toys, and scholarships during these life-changing events. By recognizing and rewarding local student-athletes between the ages of 6 and 13 for their athletic and academic successes, we aim to inspire and empower the youth to become the leaders of tomorrow.
One of Strikes For Kids' core strengths is its national reach and collaboration with leading sports organizations and communities. We are proud to have partnered with various renowned sports entities to host events nationwide, bringing our mission to thousands of children nationwide.
However, we cannot achieve this alone. We rely on the support of local businesses and individuals like you to continue our efforts. By making tax-deductible donations, you can play an active role in helping us positively impact the lives of children in need. bike giveaway program
Since the inception of our Strikes For Kids Bike Giveaway Program in 2018, we’ve awarded over 300 bikes to kids around the country for their academic and athletic success. A new bike is undoubtedly a neat reward for any kid, but having it handed by a pro athlete and topping the evening with endless pizza and unlimited arcade games makes the Program’s rewards much more meaningful and inspiring.
backpack giveaway program
Launched in 2017, the Strikes For Kids Backpack Giveaway Program has proven to be a way to ease the financial burden school supplies can be on families in specific communities. By partnering with Backpacks USA, a leading backpack and school supplies wholesaler, we’ve provided 2,000 fully stocked backpacks in our first year, followed by 3,500 backpacks in 2018 and 5,000 in 2019. Derailed by the pandemic in 2020, 2021 and 2022, we’re getting ready to give out the most significant number of backpacks in our history in 2023 to students nationwide, ensuring a successful, stress-free start to the school year.

Since its inception in 2019, the Toy Giveaway Program has donated more than 2,500 toys to student-athletes to reward their athletic and academic successes. These children deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work, and we believe in celebrating their achievements.
We organize a memorable evening for the children as part of the Toy Giveaway Program. They are treated to various activities, including pizza and arcade games and a special surprise— a massive toy giveaway. The event's highlight is the presence of a professional athlete who interacts with the kids and inspires them by showing them that there is always time for fun while still excelling in every facet of their lives.
Each Toy Giveaway event rewards a minimum of 100 toys from the benefiting organization to the attending children. The smiles and joy on their faces make this initiative incredibly fulfilling, and we couldn't have done it without the support of generous donors like yourself.

scholarship giveaway program
The Strikes For Kids Scholarship Program supports high school seniors with college tuition, housing, books, and suppliers with sums between $250 and $1,500. To qualify for the Program, students must hold a minimum 3.0 GPA, complete 40+ hours of community service, and participate in extracurricular activities for two years. Applicants also submit a 2,000-word essay on why they want to go to college and how they can apply what they learn in college to help their community.
